Returning your order

Returns due to change of mind are accepted as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item, and are returned in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. The refund paid is the value of the product. Costs paid by us for shipping are not included.

Custom orders

Open edition prints, clothing and other items that are custom made to order, so we are unable to offer returns or refunds. All sales on these are final.

How to return your order

Please send Marloes and Bram an email (shop@marloesdevries.com) with your order number. We really appreciate to know why you'd like to return your order, so we can provide a better service next time.
You can find the return address on the packaging. If you've lost the address, we will email you the return address as soon as possible.

We can only accept a return as long as your email is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item, and your order is returned in the original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Small business 

Please be mindful that this shop is a teeny tiny business — Marloes does it next to her day job as a freelancer. 
We (Bram and Marloes) do the absolute best we can, as quick as we can. 
About 2-10 orders a week are placed, which is handled by Marloes (too few orders to have it outsourced), and Bram is occasionally helping out with emails.
