Do I need to pay for import fees?

How long will it take for my art print to be dispatched?
For fine art prints, please allow anywhere between 5 - 10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with shipping details to track your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3
days of delivery. We ask that you email photos of your damaged print to
us. We’ll work quickly to replace your order.
Are the prints archival?
Yes, all fine art prints are archival. We use specialised inks and paper that are designed to resist fading and yellowing over time. Proper storage conditions like keeping prints away from direct sunlight and high humidity are important to maximize the lifespan of the prints.
What is your return policy?
All fine art prints are custom made to order, so we are unable to offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
Where do the orders ship from?
We ship from London (UK), Düsseldorf (Germany), and New York (USA), carefully selecting the closest location for each collector’s country.
Orders to Canada are shipped from the US, as this has the fastest shipping time. Customs fees can be levied sometimes, depending on you country of residence. This is rare, but when they are levied, the fees remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
