Downloaded the file but I don’t know where the file is?
It’s on the device you've downloaded it on. Please search for the title of the download and you’ll find it. It’s a PDF-file. If you still can't find it, please open the download link on a different device, or ask a tech-savvy person to help you.
Link expiration
- Please download the file as soon as you've bought it, as the link will expire after one year.
- The download link will expire after you downloaded the PDF three times.
